Returns & Exchanges

Full-price garments in original condition — unworn, unwashed, unscented, with all original tags and hygiene seals intact — may be exchanged or returned for store credit within fourteen (14) calendar days from the recorded delivery date.

Change-of-mind purchases are eligible for exchange or store credit only. Refunds are provided only for faulty items, undeliverable orders, or where required under applicable consumer protection laws.

Final-sale items, digital products, altered garments, and washed items are not eligible.

Pre-order payments are processed at checkout to reserve your piece and support production scheduling.

Once production begins, pre-order purchases cannot be cancelled or refunded except where required by applicable law.

1. Email anbowear@gmail.com with your order number and SKU
2. Ship using a tracked carrier and retain proof of postage
3. Once inspection is complete, we issue exchange credit or dispatch a replacement size where applicable

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

Refunds, where applicable, are returned to the original payment method and may require 5–10 business days after processing.
