Returns & exchanges
We aim for uncomplicated exchanges — read window and condition rules before lodging.
Eligible items
Full-price garments in original condition — unwashed, unscented, with hang tags & hygiene adhesives untouched — may be exchanged within fourteen (14) days of delivery confirmation.
Excluded
Final-sale items marked at checkout, digital goods, and pieces altered or laundered are not returnable unless faulty under ACL (AU) equivalents.
Pre-order payments
For pre-order items, you agree at checkout that payment may be captured and held while your garment is in production. This helps reserve your piece and support the production schedule for the launch.
Once production has started, pre-order payments are not refundable unless the item is faulty, cannot be supplied, or a refund is otherwise required by applicable consumer law.
Process
- Email anbowear@gmail.com with order ID and SKU reference.
- Ship with a carrier that supplies tracking — keep proof of postage.
- Once QC passes we issue exchange credit or alternate size dispatch. Funds return to original payment rail when required — allow 5–10 business days after receipt.
