Agreement
These Terms form a binding contract between you and ANBO Activewear Pty Ltd when you browse, subscribe, or purchase.
Pricing & tax
Listed prices exclude duties where flagged. Stripe tallies totals at checkout; we reserves the right to correct typographic errors prior to fulfilment notification.
Pre-release product
Estimated ship dates apply to pre-orders — we communicate material delays proactively. By placing a pre-order, you agree that payment may be captured and held while the product is being produced.
Because pre-order stock is reserved and production is planned around confirmed orders, pre-order payments are not refundable once production has started, except where a refund is required by applicable consumer law.
Intellectual property
Site content, garment patterns (where registrable), and photography remain ANBO intellectual property unless licensed in writing.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ANBO excludes indirect/consequential loss and caps direct loss at aggregate amount paid by you in the preceding twelve months for qualifying claims.
Governing law
