Domestic (Australia)
Standard parcels leave our studio within 1–2 business days of payment capture (pre-orders ship on the batch date shown at purchase). Metro delivery is typically 3–5 business days from hand-off to the courier.
International
We ship to major regions via tracked services. Duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient unless otherwise stated at checkout. You will receive a carrier tracking link by email when the label is generated.
Delivery cost
Free delivery on all orders. Standard service timeframes below still apply once your parcel leaves our studio.
Exceptions
Extreme weather, customs holds, or carrier backlogs can extend delivery. We proactively email if a batch is delayed more than three business days beyond the stated window.
