Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Pre-order items follow the production timeline displayed at checkout and will ship according to the estimated batch date provided at purchase.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Canada & United States
Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days

International
Estimated delivery: 5–14 business days

Delivery times begin after your parcel has been handed to the shipping carrier.

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the carrier you select. Rates are provided via our shipping partners.

Complimentary shipping applies when your order subtotal (after discounts, before shipping) meets:

• $150 USD or more — Canada & United States
• $300 USD or more — all other destinations

Below those thresholds, you will see live carrier options and pricing during checkout.

Standard delivery timeframes still apply after dispatch.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, import fees, or local charges determined by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient unless otherwise specified at checkout.

While we work to ship every order on time, delays may occasionally occur due to:

• Carrier backlogs
• Customs processing
• Severe weather conditions
• Public holidays
